Hours and hours spent trying to do this.  I don't think you can put music on an Ionic.  The desktop software prompts to put into transfer mode from music app, but this button does not exist; therefore the desktop computer never "finds" the watch.

GT81, i had the same issue but the music did transfer eventually. Check your files are MP3 format....however the sound quality is dire...using Skull Candy bluetooth headset and the sound is terrible. Just been reading another thread and its a common issue that has been chased for nearly 2 years, as yet i havent found any updates.
