Phone Call Notification issues (Ionic)

I am no longer receiving my call notifications. I use to but it stopped.  I checked my notification settings and it is set to "on".  I tried rebooting as well and still an issue.  I've only has this watch/fitbit for 2 weeks as of today and I'm already tired of the issues with it. The syncing is not so good either.  I should have just ordered a samsung watch. Anybody have any suggestions? Help!

Just to be sure, check that the phone is not in DoNotDisturb (DND) mode.

The phone must at least vibrate when a notification comes in.

 

In december i also had it working a few days with DND mode and found out later that this is not going to work as it should.
