Last week my Ionic started losing time and stopped syncing. I tried everything recommended and nothing worked. So I deleted it from my account with the idea of adding it back and starting fresh. Now, when I try to set it up, my phone can't find it. I have tried with multiple phones; the Fitbit doesn't show up on any of them. Please help!

Since you've tried multiple phones but you're still unable to set it up. I would like you to confirm you followed this procedure to set it up to your account.

Hi -
Thank you for your reply. Yes, as I stated before, I have tried everything that is suggested by Fitbit many times.
However, I do have an update. My phone now can find the Fitbit sometimes. The Fitbit occasionally displays the 4-digit code. When I enter it on the phone, it says "Connecting" until it times out. The Fitbt goes back to displaying the message in many different languages about installing/opening the Fitbit app.
Please understand that I did everything in the HELP information provided by Fitbit before I initially reached out, and have continued to do so. I hope you can assist me.

Make sure you have a strong wifi connection. Might be worth restarting you wifi modem as well. They can occasionally become stale and not pickup some connections. A reboot refreshes the connections and gives the modem a "flush". Wait 5 minutes after restarting your modem.

I have the same issue. The app requests the 4 digits but my Fitbit doesn’t give me the numbers. I tried in my laptop and it didn’t show as well. Restarted the Fitbit, reinstalled the app, etc. nothing helped. Can you help me please?
Thanks.
