I'm trying to get to the apps so I can get the weather app to work. However, when I click on the app icon it says "Please make sure bluetooth is on". It is on. Now what can I do to get to the apps? Also why does the weather screen only show the city and - - F? And underneath it says "Sync the fitbit app to update".

I assume your refering to turning the Bluetooth of some type of phone needs to be turned on. 

Generally I find a restart of the Galaxy S8 fixes this issue for me .

Just a note: when asking about a problem with a phone, it is helpful to others if the phone model is also mentioned.

Many still have found that a restart of the iOS device has fixed this problem. That is why I gave general help, not specific to a type of phone.
