Hi.
Over the last few days, my Ionic has decided to only hold its charge for around 36 hours. I have run a restart but it doesn’t seem to have made any difference. Is there anything else I can do? I bought it in Singapore airport in January and have the receipt and box. Thank you for your help.

You could try performing a full factory reset to see if that solves the issue, be sure to remove your Ionic from you account via the fitbit app first though. This usually ensures there is no error after the reset.

Thanks ... I’ll give it a go, as soon as it has some charge!

Thank you for replying. Unfortunately the battery is still only lasting slightly more than a day. 🤔 Is there anything else I can try?

Do you have notifications enabled? If so, you may want to consider turning them off, as they will eat up battery. If it's on All Day Sync or Always Connected, you may want to try switching those options off as well.
