Poor battery performance since IOS 2.0 update

The update worked fine and do like the new features, but since updating my battery performance is appalling. It now uses more than 30% every day and if I'm tracking exercise using GPS it's even more. Is there going to be another update to fix these issues or is it something that I am going to have to get used to?

Kind Regards

Kathy

I've had the opposite experience, 24hr usage with no GPS saw me drop 12%.

Have you tried restarting your device? Pressing and holding the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs (until you see the fitbit logo).

Also have you got any 3rd party apps or watch face installed? Sometimes these can have an effect on battery performance. If so I suggest reverting to a Fitbit watch face and removing the apps. Then charge the Ionic to 100% and monitor the battery drain.

As a last resort you could try a factory reset and see if that fixes things. Just remember to sync and remove your Ionic from you account first.

Thanks, I'll try restrting my device first and charging to 100%. I don't have any 3rd party apps or clock faces, but I'll monitor after these two steps.
