Popping of screen wake and notification. How to stop this?

Ok I think I understand now. That screen comes up without you pushing and holding the left button? If thats the case, try several restarts, butif that doesnt fix it I have no idea what to do! You will have to contact Support (link in my signature)

Thank you for your inquiry; could you please confirm if you're still getting the "screen wake" and "notification" options popping on the screen? As @NellyG, these options should be displayed when you press and hold the left button.
If they're appearing on the screen without you pressing any button, make sure to try the steps mentioned here previously to restart the watch.
