Hey!

So I am super excited by all things Ionic, but am running a race within the next 2 months. What is the release date that it will be able to be shipped out if preordered?

I've seen one person post an Amazon order status with an expected October 4th delivery (US).  My order still says they'll send me an email "as soon as we can provide me a delivery estimate".

What are other people seeing from Amazon and other e-commerce orders other than direct from Fitbit?

Hi,

I pre-ordered the ionic, in the UK, the day it was announced (the 28th of Aug.), but currently if I look at my order it just says "Your order has been received."

Are orders from the UK also starting to be processed in these days? When I placed the order it said "Ships in 3-4 weeks" and I can see that Amazon UK has the 2nd of October as release date.

Thanks

I just noted that my MasterCard was charged on Friday, Sept 22, by Fitbit Canada ("downtown Toronto"). I guess that means they're shipping in Canada .

Same position as you john-21. If they are out on the 2nd of October and my Fitbit purchase hasn’t hasn’t been processed I’m cancelling it and buying in locally

Hi!

Yeah I'd also be annoyed by that... however buying from Fitbit should give 2 years warranty, while I don't think that applies if you buy elsewhere from the UK. (on the order page it says "The perks of shopping Fitbit.com: [...] 2 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY")

I'll post here if my card gets charged or my order updated.

I wasn’t aware of that, I thought you had to pay for that as an extra. I’ll look into it!

@carlriley8UK has a 2 year Warranty

US only has a 1 year warranty. If you want extra then you do have to pay for the extended warranty

What the heck. Ordered mine on Amazon Sept. 7 and it still gives no release date much less a shipping date. Prime member.

Same here (ordered in US via Amazon).  It's unusual for Amazon not to have the best arrangement on a rollout of a new product.  I really need to find a way to have it in hand to take on a vacation...and that means having it October 3rd.

I'll bet you'll have it before October 3rd, in fact I'd bet on this week. I've been wrong before, but let us know.

2 year warranty in UK is via fitbit partners such as John Lewis etc. I think Very is the same, it should be on the description text .

my surge has been replaced multiple times under its 2 year warranty due to the strap problems.

I ordered my new Iconic 2 weeks ago, how much longer will it be before I receive it?

Depends on where you ordered it (fitbit direct or third party line Amazon) and where you live (country).  Just call fitbit support or do the chat help and they will give you an answer on under 5 minutes.

Placed my Pre-Order on 09/17/17 and Fitbit hit my CC on 09/23/17.  My order shows "Your order is in the process of being shipped".  I used Expedited Shipping, so I'm hoping for an arrival by the end of the week!  Super excited!!!

I hope you are wrong by the end of next week! I was hoping for Tuesday with expedited, heck possibly Monday since most of our cards were charged on Friday, overnighted would make it Monday.

Not that I am right at all, it's just that's what I was hoping for.

Here is my thinking..  Currently, my order states "Your order is in the process of being shipped", so I'm hoping it will ship tomorrow (25th) and with Expedited Shipping arriving on the 27th.  My outside hope is a NLT arrival by the 29th..  Beats October hopefully, which is great news!

I order the Burnt Orange/Slate Blue Ionic!  Moving up from the Blaze.....

They did not ship yet, otherwise you would have gotten an email with tracking. I  agree with the thought of shipping tomorrow, with 2-day getting it to me on Wed.

If it does not ship tomorrow then they missed their "ships in 3-4 week" wimdow.... Tomorrow is 4 weeks on the dot.
