What's the advantage to Fitbit in letting us all stew and wonder? And the folks who are most likely to serve as ambassadors for the brand, no less--the early adopters!
Why doesn't a Fitbit rep get him or herself onto this thread and put the matter to rest. We're not asking for anything unreasonable here. We're asking for shipping information.
That's what's perhaps the most irritating--failure to keep us posted and a timely and efficient manner. Minimally, we deserve that. We did them a favor by pre-ordering so they could get a handle, in advance, on potential demand. The least they can do is return that favor by providing up-to-date information on when we're slated to receive the product instead of leaving us all to guess.
It's becoming flat rude at this point.
