Press wallet icon and the asked for pin?

On iOS .

it ask for a so called 4 digit pin. What pin. It also has no option to reset pin?. So, basically, I can’t get wallet set up on my Fitbit ionic. I want to add my Santander card.

Chatted on “live Fitbit chat’ but was miraculously cut off when I explained my problem. Does that mean there is not a fix here in the UK?.

I have solved the issue by simply putting in codes and getting the pin wrong on purpose. After 10 attempts it re synced on the 4 digit pin page and then allowed me to re-enter and set up a new 4 digit code. This then allowed me to press the green wallet icon, and then put in my new 4 digit code to then enter my Santander card details for Fitbit pay.

So, Fitbit pay is set up and working now on my Fitbit watch.

@throt  If your asking about entering the pin on your ionic,  then you want to use the pin that was setup on the ionic. 

if your asking about the Fitbit app on the phone,  you want to use the phones unlock code
