HI,
I've bought a fitbit ionic in december. It worked properly with my phone (Huawei P8 lite), synced correctly and also showed the messages and calls I received almost right away.
Unfortunatly my phone had to be replaced after it had some problems.
I had no problems connecting my watch with my new phone (Huawei P10 lite).
Unfortunatly I now do have problems, it has problems syncing with my phone, it's not showing the messages and calls anymore ...
I've tried to restart my watch a couple of times, i even did a complete Factory reset and reinstalled it but still no luck to get it working like before.
Anyone who has the same problem?

@SunsetRunner Unfortunate you had to replace your phone and worse that you’re now having problems with notifications and syncing. Worse still, the simple answer is that your new phone isn’t yet on the Supported Devices list. However, this doesn’t necessarily mean it won’t work. Android is a diverse and fragmented OS, making it difficult sometimes to troubleshoot. Perseverance is the key, making sure to try everything.
I suggest a clean install, so start again from fresh, wiping all reference to the Ionic in Bluetooth settings, possibly even remove it from your Fitbit account and then start with it as a new device on the new phone. Best of luck.
