I have not been able to sync to my Fitbit ionic since October 26 2018. I did a factory reset and removed my icon and I can't get it to work. Yesterday it reset but now it won't sync. What do I need to do to fix it

@Hernal if your having problems with syncing through the phone or computer, please include the type of device?
You did an unneeded factory reset, that removed the tracker from your account, bad move, have you removed the tracker from your phones Bluetooth?
You say it won't work, but not what about it that won't work?
Where you able to setup the ionic again.or is it a sync problem?
