Hi, @Sbeckers03, have you confirmed that the Heartrate is turned ON on your device? On the Ionic swipe left, choose "settings" and scroll down to heartrate. Make sure it is turned on. If it is, turn off, go back to your home screen, then go back and turn on again.
Let us know if this solves it. If not, you can get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com
