PurePulse led is not working any more so no registration. What could be wrong ?

Already turned the device off and on. Did a firmware update, still no led.

Hi, @Sbeckers03, have you confirmed that the Heartrate is turned ON on your device?  On the Ionic swipe left, choose "settings" and scroll down to heartrate.  Make sure it is turned on.  If it is, turn off, go back to your home screen, then go back and turn on again.
