RE-pairing headphone or earbud with my Ionic

My problem is that I have paired my earbuds with my Ionic beautifully for months now with no problems. All of a sudden, I can no long pair any headphones with my Ionic.  It's frustrating since this was the whole reason for me purchasing the Ionic. Any words of advice?

Hello @ndbbaes, you traply should only have to pair the headphones once. Afterthe first pairring simply turning the heaphones on should cause the Ionc to connect the headphones

Also you don't mention if an error code was displayed that might .help us?

I don’t think you understand. I did pair it and it was working fine but now the bluetooth earbuds (or any buds for that matter) can connect to it.
