Random buzzing every few minutes

So irritated, almost to the point of not wearing my Fitbit while trying to work!

 

My Ionic does this seemingly random buzzing every few mins. The battery is at 71%, already have the OS update. The only notifications I have running are for Uber, Lyft and the airline I use, but I'm home, trying to work when these incessant and very distracting vibrations happen. There really interfere with being able to concentrate. When I look, NOTHING! No notifications, just nothing. I have uninstalled anything that might bug me about paying for a trial, but it still happens. In case it matters, I am using the Time and Weather clockface.

@MrShawn Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

Sorry to hear that your Ionic is buzzing every few minutes. Your Fitbit Ionic will alert you at various times, I would like you to double check that you haven't set an alarm, that you haven't reach your step goal, of in case it's vibrating because you haven't met your hourly activity goal. 

If after checking the above your Ionic keeps vibrating every few minutes, restart your watch.
