So I have the Ionic and I am syncing to an iPhone 8.
Today when I woke up, it had my sleep duration as 10:45pm to 12:45 am. Ok, that’s not right. Manually adjust the time to 6:25 am when I actually got up. No sleep stages. Ok. Check HR chart. HR is continuously being read all night. So I deleted the sleep log and manually logged it with the same start/stop times. Now my sleep stages are there. This isn’t the first time either. Sometimes just editing the end time fixes it and sometimes it doesn’t fix at all.
Just did a workout and tracked with the Ionic. Synced and iPhone app says not enough data for HR/calories burned, but it can tell me how much time I spent in each zone.
So any idea what’s causing these issues? I debated between this and Apple Watch. I went with Fitbit because I have never had major issues with their products. Now I am left wondering if it was a wise decision.

Try a restart by holding the left and bottom right buttons together for about 10 sec or until the fitbit logo shows, then let go.
