Sorry but I have a iconic. There is no quickview option as far as I can
see in the settings.

On the Ionic, you hold the left button down a few seconds to get a setting screen for "Screen Wake" which is the same as Quick View on the Charge 2.

Thanks, got it now. Still an outstanding issue that needs to be sorted
though. And I hope Fitbit pay attention to this and do something about it.
