Fitbit is operating in the wrong time zone

My Fitbit ionic is showing the wrong time zone suddenly. 

I changed it in settings but it jumps back to La after a few seconds whether it’s on auto or manual set. 

I tried online as well but still does the same 

any ideas?

It's pretty weird what you're experiencing,  since, you've mentioned you already have a case with Customer Support, you may want to continue the communication via email as you can provide with more details there.

Hi. No one could find a solution unfortunately. After 3 weeks of trying I gave up and bought a Garmin. I used fitbit for 7 years 😩
