I am also having the same issue. My Ionic has had problems syncing all week. Not to mention, I cannot change clock face. I attempted to change clock face and it continues to state it connect connect. I actually have not been be able to download clock face at all. It don't don't have anything on the screen of the clock but asking to pair phone in my settings. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, paired and unpaired at least 3 to 4 times to come up with the same message. I have only had this watch since December 2018. It should still work properly. Very frustrated with Fitbit at this point. You could say...I am down right disgusted!

Hi another thing that I have read about people in your situation is to let the Ionic battery drain to the point it will not turn on until you plug it into the charger and it will boot up let a new device. Also if your Ionic is less that a year old call Fitbit support they will have you try a few things which you’ve probably already and when all fails the will ship you a new one.

Hello @TallieP once we get the sync problem straightened out you will be able to change the clock face which will get loaded with a sync.
You mention a problem with your forgot app asks syncing but no mention of whay device the forgot app is in

Hello if you're still having your problem there are two other things you can try. Uninstall the app from your phone then reinstall the app, if this doesn't work then try deleting the Iconic from the app and do the Iconic setup again. These two things have worked for me.

It is April 11, 2019 and I am still having problems since April 6, 2019 with Fitbit Ionic display -- which now says "Clock Error". Still unable to obtain Clock Face. I have installed and reinstalled the application several times over in the past 5 days. I have attempted to restart device and even deleted Fitbit Ionic from application and bluetooth. I also tried attempting factory reset -- which did not work. Would not reset to factory state. SMH! When does this go back to normal....? This is annoying and unacceptable!

Good Evening. Just wanted to let everyone know I am feeling better today. I was finally able to change the clock face. I had to use prayer, fingers and toes crossed for this one. 😂🤣 I really like the Fitbit Ionic and did not want to have to get it replaced. So now it is working as normal with new clock face. Thanks to everyone who offered support. It is nice to know I am not going through these issues alone. Have a great evening!
