Hello,
sorry to ask here.
Could this have an effect with showing no sleep stages since weeks?
Happend after an update in February or March. But my wife didn't has this problem with the same Charge 2.
Cardiac arrhythmia has no regular hear beat. But it should be used HRV for the sleep stages.
So I see a conflict or dicrepancy:
Error message: no consistent heart reat = cardiac arrhythmia = no accurate heart rate = no sleep stages.
Unfortunately support can't help, just suggestion to restart, re-install, reconnect or use sensitive or use different hand. Unfortunately it doesn't help.
I'm a bit broken hearted, because my Charge 2 and Ionic didn't work accurate.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Kind regadrs,
Mark

Currently it's not solved!
Ionic is ongoing. Should have it tomorrow or on next Wednesday!
Charge 2 still no sleep stages.
I have not noticed that there is a bugfix around.
So how can you say it's solved?
Again: Restart, heart rate sensor reset, reconnection can't help!!!
When my wife is wearing the Charhe 2, very loose, she get the sleep stages!!!
And I have had the sleep stages until you update in March!!!
Charge 2 hardware is not defect!
Your connection is loosing data or something was changed withwith the HRV.
Strange!
Always wasting time! No solution! No bugfix!

Thanks for getting back @Mark2018. It's good to hear that you're getting another Ionic in the next days.
I'm sorry for the confusion, I thought the issue of the screenshot you attached was something related to the Ionic and not Charge 2. In this case, I would recommend to read the following information:
Fitbit estimates your sleep stages using a combination of your movement and heart-rate patterns. While you’re sleeping, your device tracks the beat-to-beat changes in your heart rate, known as heart rate variability (HRV), which fluctuate as you transition between light sleep, deep sleep, and REM sleep stages. If we don’t have enough information on the backend to calculate this, we’ll show you your old sleep pattern which doesn’t require heart rate. It appears as though we didn’t have enough information, and as a result showed your old sleep pattern. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. You may want to check the fit of your tracker to make sure we get a good heart rate signal. To learn more about how to check the fit of your tracker, visit our help site.
Hope this helps!

I hope for Fitbit that the Ionic is going to work correct.
Your information doesn't help the Charge 2. Because I have had sleep stages until an update!
So I have to know when it is fixed.
And it's not a hardware problem, because my wife has sleep stages!
When will Fitbit understand?
Thank you
Regards
Mark

I have now my second Ionic.
And I'm really pissed!
STILL NO SLEEP STAGES !!!
Don't Fibit have quality checks?
And now?
I waste time with Fitbit.
Still no solution, no competent answers, no help.
And of course still no bugfix.
When is Fitbit able and going to provide the bugfix!
Unbelievable this company!!!
