@TylerKG13, your tracker will continue to show that until you complete the set up of it on the app. If you have not already done so, download the Fitbit app, either create a new account or log into your existing account, open the Account screen, and select Set Up a Device. Then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup of your new tracker. You may also want to check out the help article, How do I set up my Fitbit device?
