Hi anyone using erato rio 3 wireless earphone. I have been trying to pair my ionic with my erato rio 3 earphone but unsuccessful. Is rio 3 compactable for ionic?

A very warm welcome to the Forums @WarrenTay.
I think your post is much better suited for the Charge 2 board so I have moved it there.
As for the situation you mentioned, do you get any messages or something similar? Have your earphones been paired to another Bluetooth device? If so, please try to remove the pairing from that other device and then attempt to connect them to your Ionic once again.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

@LanuzaFitbit Why is a question about earphones with Ionic suited to Charge 2 board?

Hi @Thomasgan and @JohnnyRow.
@JohnnyRow You are absolutely correct, I apologize. I have no idea where my head was and why I thought moving it like that was a good idea. Maybe the Charge 2 crossed my mind when I was working on this and confused me. I have moved it to Ionic.
@Thomasgan As I asked before, have you synced your headphones to another Bluetooth device that could have paired with it and is now preventing any further syncing? If so, please remove them from that other device and try again.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

I have removed the pairing with my iPhone. But Rio 3 wireless headset still couldn't be paired with my Ionic. I tried other wireless headset and it is able to pair.
Hope I could get some help to pair my Rio 3 with Ionic. Thanks.
