I bought my ionic and paid almost 200 for it and now it wont even turn on or charge and when I bought it I specifically asked if it would work with mr Samsung note 9 and the guy said yes and it did for about 3 weeks and then it sropped working wont even take a charge or even turn on I think I should get a refund from Fitbit cause now they fell me rhe ionic isn't compatible with the note9 very crappy customer service will never buy from Fitbit again
