Really upset with Fitbit

I bought my ionic and paid almost 200 for it and now it wont even turn on or charge and when I bought it I specifically asked if it would work with mr Samsung note 9 and the guy said yes and it did for about 3 weeks and then it sropped working wont even take a charge or even turn on I think I should get a refund from Fitbit cause now they fell me rhe ionic isn't  compatible with the note9 very crappy customer service will never buy from Fitbit again

Yes they are awesome doing me another watch they wont give me a refund but hey it's better than nothing.......thanks
