Reboot loop

Hi all, my ionic is bouncing all over when i try to charge it. I plug it in starts charging for two seconds, then quickly bounces to the charge line %  then comes up with not enough power from source then goes off resets itself then starts all over again. Whilst this is happening the battery % is dropping. I have had it two years so maybe on its last legs. Anyone had the same issue?
