While running, all I want the Ionic to do is notify me at every mile of my pace, distance, etc. without having to use the automatic lap feature. On the Fitbit App there is a "Run Cues" option under "Exercise Shortcuts" under my device settings. This is set to "Automatic/Miles/1 Mile" but when I run with the automatic lap feature on my Ionic set to "Off" nothing happens after I complete a mile. Do I have a wrong setting somewhere or is this not possible?

I have some problems to understand your issue.
What do you mean that you want to be notified every mile but without automatic lap feature?

@Giampi71 I've included a screenshot of my mile splits below. When you use the Automatic Lap feature it creates laps during your exercise which is redundant because the Ionic already records your mile splits. I don't need it to create laps during my exercise but it looks like that is the only way to be notified mid-run of your distance, pace, time, etc. after each mile you run.

@pt3 Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for posting the experience you are having with your Ionic's automatic lap feature. Thanks for sharing all the details regarding this including a screen shot.
Are you still experiencing the same? Thanks for reporting this. Keen to read if there are any other users experiencing the same?
In the meantime I investigate more; I'd recommend posting this at the Feature Suggestions Board. This way, we can find more users that could have been experiencing the same. Users can also vote and comment on your idea.
@Giampi71 Thanks for sharing your help on this thread. Have you experienced the same?
Keep me posted!
