Hi @raer, welcome to the community.

 

Are you able to receive any other notifications on your Ionic? Also which mobile device are you using?

 

You might find the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone helpful to have a read through, there are a few troubleshooting steps you might be able to try.

I can receive phone calls notifications and calendar but no text. I am using the iPhone 8

I've not got an iPhone at hand right now, so the steps I'm posting below will be that of my android device (although iOS is very similar).

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon User-added image> your device image. 
  2. Scroll down to and tap Notification under general.
  3. Tap on Text messages and make sure the toggle is set to on, and the default messaging app is selected.

As I mention above these steps are for Android, but hopefully you can still follow them for iOS.
