Thread archiving is a wonderful thing! We should ALL use it more often.

Hello @Shray, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate tracking function of your Ionic is working as it should? Or are you experiencing an issue? When was the first time you experienced this situation with your device? After you noticed the red light, are you experiencing an issue? If possible, please send me a picture of the red light for a better understanding of this situation and for us to move on.

@PaulMe Your help is always appreciated, thanks for the information that was shared.

I'll be waiting for your reply.

Hello,

The heart rate tracking seems to be ok. I charged the watch overnight and since then the back of the watch shows the normal green light. Ordinarily the watch only needs charging for about an hour. Now the charge dissipates quickly and is down to under 50% in the evening. This is unusual as previously the charge rarely went under 80% in a 24 hour period. It is Noon right now and the charge is already down to 85% after charging all night.
