I completed all the necessary steps to get my Fitbit Ionic refund and received an email.
Yet I've not received any refund. Fitbit customer service (by chat and phone) told me they don't handle it, gave me a number which wasn't active and gave the same automated "the party is not answering, goodbye" message. What is going on? Am I meant to get my refund or not? It seems like I can't contact anyone regarding this!

I understand how frustrating this could be and you should contact the recall center to get information, visit our web page at help.fitbit.com/ionic.
