Relax app will not work

Please help.. I have went through the Fitbit app, uninstalled and reinstalled the relax app... deleted my Fitbit app and reinstalled and I still can’t get it to work??

It's pretty weird that your Relax app isn't working. I would like you to double check this article about your Relax app. 

If it's still not working, please reply to the following questions: 

- Is it not working when you open it in your Ionic?
- Is it not showing you instructions about Relax?
