Welcome to the Community @wanda_marshall. I'm glad to hear that you want to update your personal music.

You can try this troubleshooting to delete individual playlists:

  1. Plug your watch into the charger.
  2. For Windows 10, follow the steps above to open Personal Music in the Fitbit app on your computer.

For Mac or Windows 7/8 PC, open Fitbit Connect on your computer > Manage My Music.

Note that your watch and computer must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  3. On your watch, open the Music app User-added image and then tap Transfer Music. Note that you may need to scroll down to see the transfer button.
  4. Wait a few moments for your watch to connect. After your watch connects, on your computer screen you’ll see the list of playlists downloaded to your watch.
  5. Click the checkbox next to the playlist(s) you want to delete. The update will begin immediately.

You can learn more about it by checking this article: How do I listen to music and podcasts on my Fitbit watch?

Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you need further assistance.
