Dear Community,
I am expecting to have my 2nd Replacement for my Ionic. I will never complain about the ability of the company to provide incredible after-sales service and Warranty.
On both of the two Fitbits, I have received, both have crashed dramatically. After many contacts with Live- Chat, all that could be resolved was to send me a replacement which I am delighted with.
After all the discussion and research possible I did the factory reset and the message is the same
Data not cleared Sync & try again To my dismay, the watch has become frozen.
Is this a one Off experience or have others experienced the same levels of frustration
