First Ionic went wrong after 18 months, was sent a replacement which took 2 weeks to arrive only to find out that the heart rate monitor isn’t working and the green LED lights aren’t flashing so exercise, calories, sleep not correctly recording. Emailed support but not heard anything back, seriously looking at ditching this watch and getting an Apple. What a waste of money!

Also, please note that by default your device heart rate setting should be in "Auto," which means the heart rate sensors are on when the tracker is on your wrist. To verify that the heart rate sensors are on, scroll to Settings and check such information.
