I logged my faulty fitbit Sunday. It was confirmed that the watch is still under warranty and that it will be replaced. The agent gave me a order confirmation number. Today is Wednesday and to date no email has been received to confirm the order or if it is in process. I am very anxious to know what is going on. How can I get a follow up?
