Fitbit agreed to replace my ionic Adidas edition after it stopped working after just 2 months.
sent me a link to arrange replacement but when it asks for a colour the drop box just says make selection and doesn’t offer any options, you can’t move past this page until you choose an option that isn’t there.
best part of an hour spent on live chat trying to explain my problem, following all the advice empty cache, use different browser etc. Only to lose connection before answer found.
no email or anything from Fitbit, before I go through the whole thing again on chat has anyone come across this problem before and how was it resolved?
