  • With all the recent issues being reported, I'm curious if the new Android software released today affected performance on the older tracker software Ionic's?
  • I'm scared to update anything at the moment as things are working fine with v3.11 and 27.33.1.30.

@Ebojager It's nice to see you around. Thanks for posting your inquiry about updating your Ionic to the latest firmware version. 

Remember that if you update your Ionic and you experience any issue with it, we'll be happy to help you. Keep in mind that you need to follow these tips to update your watch. If you experience any issue with it, follow the steps mentioned in this article: Why can't I update my Fitbit device?
