Hi everybody,
I received my copper with blue strap ionic a few days ago. I did all the prompted updates/wifi/blue tooth setup as required. Wore it the first night I got it and it tracked my sleep successfully with sleep stages ( I am familiar with everything since I owned a charge 2, which was very accurate and reliable with sleep tracking). Following that first night though sleep does not register any more. No log at all..as I have never slept. I read through the forum and did the restart and on/off but to no result. It has been three days without automatic sleep logging (I added logs manually, but sleep stages are not there). I can make it tighter I suppose, although it is already snug...but if the problem was the strap tightness how come it operated properly during the first night? It successfully seems to pick up my heart rate any time i look at it so I am not sure what is the problem.
Any ideas before I try to factory reset the thing?
EDIT1: Looking at my ionic on my android fitbit app, it says it has not synced since yesterday at 23:05. (It is 10:37 where I am). But if you look at my stats on the fitbit app (android) is successfully tracking this mornings steps and floor climbs. Is that bizarre or is it just me? It feels like this products has been released a tad too soon.
EDIT2: It is not a Bluetooth connection issue since it successfully notifies me for incoming calls and text messages.
EDIT 3: RESOLVED. I unpaired ionic from my phone and removed from my fitbit account. The added to my account again and paired with my phone and it synced. Sleep stages appeared also. Fingers crossed will continue like that.
Regards
Apostolos

@totopsgr, glad you have it working now. The reason your sleep was not displaying on the app is because the Ionic had not been synced. But, the steps will display on the app without syncing if you have Live Data enabled on the Fitbit.com Dashboard settings.
