I very recently upgraded from a surge to the Ionic, and have noticed that my resting heart rate is higher on the Ionic. With the surge my resting heart rate was around high 50's, but with the Ionic on it is closer to low 70's. I am wearing the tracker in the same place I always have, and was wondering if it's a more accurate reading or if there's something else I should be worried about.

It's great to see you around @KierosDOW! I would like you to confirm you're wearing your Ionic all day and at night when you're sleeping, this will confirm that you'll get an accurate resting heart rate. Since, you mentioned you just upgraded from a Surge, please continue using your Ionic for at least 1 week and let me know about the data you get. Also, make sure you're following the tips provided on this article such as properly wearing it.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
