Right hand side of Ionic screen is fading

Hi all, 

Any reason as to why a 13/14 month old Ionic screen would start to fade on 1 side, or what can be done to rectify it please? Left hand side is still bright but Right hand side is very dull and noticable.

It's pretty weird that one side of your Ionic's screen is fading. I would like you to restart it and check the display after this.

Hi Silvia, 

Thanks for coming back to me. I have tried a restart and it has not rectified the situation. To be a little clearer, I would say the brightness is about 20% duller on the right hand side.
