Run activity not showing seconds on the app

Hi 

After my run , everything tracks ok , ie, distance , time , pace and steps ,, 

 

BUT the time is just in minutes with no seconds on my phone App , but on my laptop it shows minutes and seconds ?

 

Any help to fix this please ;-

No one at Fitbit is reacting to any of the requests it seems. It's so poor service!!

It's getting rediculous. None of them has returned with anything resembling a proper response.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback in the forums, we're always striving to improve the features offered. Currently the Fitbit app won't display seconds when showing the duration of the activity. However, this could be viewed in your online Dashboard

 

Also you may want to vote for this idea, these are reviewed by our team and the status will change depending on Fitbit plans.
