Runs/workouts not uploading to strava or myfitnesspal

My Ionic hasn't uploaded a run to strava for the last 2 days nor has it uploaded a workout to myfitnesspal.  Is there something going on? Is it a quick fix that I don't know about? It was syncing just fine until Monday (5/7/18).

Ionic will only sync to Strava if the run uses GPS (really annoying limitation). You also need to authorize it in the app configuration in the fitbit app.  Randomly the app will unauthorize (typically when it updates, you update the fitbit, or the wind blows form the east) needing you to re-authorize it.

Thanks. I used the gps and did all of this multiple times. It finally
showed up 24 hours later.
