I have tried swiping to the right from my home screen and still no screen wake. Can anyone please help?

@CarbotecWelcome... You have to hold the back button for a few seconds.. If you have Fitbit Pay setup that shows first then swipe left..

@CarbotecWelcome... You have to hold the back button for a few seconds.. If you have Fitbit Pay setup that shows first then swipe left..
