Screen Wake

Is there a way for the screen wake setting to be set to always on? I'm finding it's not always telling me the time when I need it without shaking my wrist.

Your Ionic dims to extend battery life, there isn't an always on feature for clock face; but there is for exercising -click the gray gear in the upper left corner of its select screen and choose to "stay on":

Currently, there is no way to set the main screen to always stay on other than in fitness mode when you are tracking an exercise. Until then, unfortunately, we will need to continue to shake our wrist until it comes on or use one of the buttons.
