My display looks like an old tv getting bad reception. Lines running through the display. Very sad that issues are popping up after getting this in June.

Next step is Factory Reset reached by swiping left to Settings, then About and then Factory Reset. Sync before you do this and you won't lose today's data. The tracker is returned to the state it was in when you unboxed it and you will be given detailed instructions about starting all over again.

Well I tried it and nothing is fixed. Now I can’t get it to even sync. Nice Father’s Day present. I should have learned my lesson after my Surge came apart. Thanks for trying to help me, I appreciate it.
