Screen doesn't turn on when I lift my wrist

This is my 3rd fitbit. When I lift my wrist to look at the watch, the screen doesn't turn on.  What should I do? Anyone else having this problem?

My IONIC is erratic.  The screen can come on for 10 times in a row and then not want to come on for the next 10 times, then once or twice, then nothing...has mind of its own!

Please check if the "Screen Wake" is on AUTO and not on Manual.

Swipe right and check please.

I found mine a couple of times set on Manual even if I always keep it on auto...

The watch itself is not very sensitive (the software is not polished enough), depending on what the angle my hand is sometimes the screen does not turn on when I turn my wrist to check the time.
