Screen glitch

Last night I experienced an error message that the clock face I was using had failed.  After researching in the forum, I switched back to a Fit bit clock face and reset the ionic at least 5 times.  Now, although the new clock face is up and seems to be working (and the ionic is synching with the mobile Android app), the apps are not accessible.  When I swipe to access the apps the screen freezes with a bunch of large colorful icons that are unrecognizable.  Please help.  I have had this ionic for about 13 months.

I too have been having major issues with my fitbit that last few weeks. I have done an Factory Reset twice and the same issues arise. My Fitbit Versa will turn off on it's own and restart about every 5-10 minutes. It will also freeze up and I will not be able to use the watch unless I restart it myself. I've also had it restart on my while I am working out. I'm not sure what else can be done but I started having issues with it after an automatic upgrade on my watch. Super annoying.

This same thing just started with me yesterday. Did you ever resolve this?
