Hi, my Fitbit ionic (Adidas edition) had lines and a discoloration on the screen yesterday and then the screen went blank. I restarted it but now it's not turning on or connecting to the phone.
I'm currently raising money for charity that involves tracking the distances I have moved and need this fixed asap. Can anyone help please?
I have fully charged it and that's done nothing either.

Well worth trying restarting several more times, but it doesnt sound good. Contact Support (link in my signature)
