So my Ionic has just half died.  Band/streaks down the screen.

 

Just figured I'd put this here incase anyone has the same issue.

 

Currently doing the dance with support to see what the score is.  

 

Pretty disappointed the Ionic looks to be suffering the age old Fitbit hardware problems that have plagued every other fitbit I've owned.

Hey there @SiGr, it's nice to see you around the forums! I know my response is long time coming, but I'd like to give you a hand on this. Smiley Wink 

 

Since you mentioned you've been in touch with our support team, would you be so kind to give me an update of your chat with them? Were they able to recommend any troubleshooting steps, like the restart? 

 

Even though you're having difficulties with your Ionic, I truly appreciate the time you took to post in the Community in case other members might be experiencing something similar.
