My Ionic is not working.  The screen is faded, IF it turns on at all. Cant scroll to other screens.  

I have checked this forum for solutions and tried them.  It has full battery, tried multiple new screens, reset....nothing is fixing the problem. It is less than a year old.

Have you gone to the Settings on the Ionic itself and verified that your Screen Brightness is set to anything but Dim?  Mine is set to "Auto" and doesn't have that issue.

Yes, it is set to auto.  IF I am able to get the screen on...it only lasts for a sec and then fades and wont turn on at all.  20181114_070811.jpg
