Trying to figure out why the Ionic screen does not automatically light up when receiving notifications. Is there a setting to change that?

In other devices, when you receive a notification, the tracker just vibrates. You can see the notification through quick view or when you press any button.
I'm not entirely sure that just receiving the notification will light up the display.

It doesn't auto appear. At least the vibrations strong enough to feel unlike the Garmin vivoactive 3. Also annoying is the no clear all on the top, scrolling to the bottom sucks. Hopefully addressed in software update.

I had this same problem and couldn't figure out how to fix until tonight. On the main home screen of the iconic swipe right so you see the battery life left, Screen Wake and Notifications. Make sure that the Screen Wake is on Auto. Not Manual. Then it will work.

I have it on auto and it still doesn't light up when I receive emails and notifications.
