Screen not turning on when my go to read screen

Recently the screen now doesn't turn on when i raise my wrist to read the information.

@Defa Welcome to the Community, Have check to see if screen wake has been set to manual. From your Ionic's home screen press and hold the right button until you feel a buzz, then swipe to the left where you will see the screen wake setting at the top. If it's set to manual you can tap on it and swap it to auto.
